Board Meeting

November 14, 2007

6:30  Jennifer called the meeting to order.  October minutes approval.

6:35  Jennifer announced the Cully Condordia proposed traffic study.

They've asked KNA to join in asking the City for funding for the

Killingsworth corridor.  Board voted unanimously to join the other

neighborhood associations.

6:40  Inside Out performance.

7:40  Tim Ray gave an update on development projects.  Planned

Parenthood break ground Spring/Summer 2008.  Will be combo PP and

retail.  Parking for 44-49 cars.  The Heritage Building on MLK next to

laudry mat is planned for Bakery.  Some discussion over churches in the

area sharing parking for during week, although there appears to be some

zoning issues with doing this.  

8:00 Todd Morey - Radio Room restaurant and bar updated on progress.

Alberta and 11th location.  Looking for April/May 2008 opening.
